Shipping Policy
At Solara, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping every order. Once your package leaves our facility or our partner suppliers, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment.
International Orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
Each order is carefully processed, so please allow 5–10 business days for processing and shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, and exceptionally high demand may extend this timeframe.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages or on different days, and you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
We greatly appreciate your patience. Our team works diligently to ensure your orders are completed and shipped as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Solara Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for packages once they have been shipped.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier promptly to file a claim or request assistance. Refunds will not be issued for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed. If a shipping label has already been created, a fee will apply for a new label.
If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, reshipping will be your responsibility.
You will receive an invoice for the cost of reshipping.
If you choose not to have the items reshipped, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
