Orders & Processing
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 5–20 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, and exceptionally high demand may extend this timeframe. We greatly appreciate your patience. Our team works diligently to ensure each order is completed and shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests can only be considered if your order has not yet shipped. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed, as some orders may already be in progress at the time your request is received.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or quantities. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping to customers around the globe.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this email, your order is still being processed.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder, as emails may occasionally be filtered. If your order was successfully placed, rest assured it will be processed promptly, and you will receive a shipping notification once it ships.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Refunds will not be issued for packages after shipment.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Will my order arrive all at once?
Some orders may arrive in different packages or on separate days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment so you can monitor their progress.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising

Avoid prolonged contact with water, moisture, sweat, and chemicals
Although many pieces are durable, frequent exposure to water or chemicals may cause premature wear or fading. Proper care will help extend the life and shine of your jewelry.

Most of our jewelry is crafted from carefully selected materials for durability, affordability, and resistance to tarnishing, including:

Please note that individual skin chemistry varies. Some natural skin reactions or excessive wear may cause tarnishing more quickly. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to skin reactions.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
